On the morning of September 21, 2022, Deputy General Manager Wu Yuemong, accompanied by Huang Xi, General Manager of Yuncheng Hongyuan Motor Vehicle Driver Examination Service Co., Ltd., Deputy General Managers Li Jiayi and Zhang Min, and Finance Manager Li Hua, visited the Xi’an Qinhan New City Examination Center for a tour and inspection. The heads of various project sectors at the Xi’an Qinhan New City Examination Center warmly welcomed the delegation and engaged in in-depth discussions about key aspects of examination center construction.

The delegation visited several sites, including the Yiyang Town RV Campground, the Qinhan Examination Center, the Pomegranate Film and Television Base, the Yuelong Chang’an Luxury Car Club, and the headquarters of Pengxiang Driving School. They investigated the examination center’s service philosophy, operational model, and major project construction, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the rigorous examination and teaching model, advanced service concepts, and well-established supporting facilities at the Xi’an Qinhan New City Examination Center.

At the Qinhan New City Examination Center, the delegation toured large and medium-sized examination fields, small vehicle examination fields, motorcycle examination fields, and the waiting hall.

At the headquarters of Pengxiang Driving School, the delegation, guided by a presenter, visited the Traffic Safety Education Warning Base at the Han Chang’an City. In the first-floor Automobile History Museum, they learned about the development history of road traffic and transportation tools worldwide, along with China’s advancements through rich collections of materials and vehicles.

On the second floor, at the Traffic Safety Warning Base, various technological methods, including multimedia, simulated driving, and VR experiences, were used to deepen the delegation’s understanding of the importance of traffic safety and the hazards of traffic violations.

This visit was highly beneficial and insightful. The Xi’an Qinhan New City Examination Center and the Xi’an Pengxiang Driving School’s Safety Education Warning Base have accumulated rich experience in examination center planning, operation, and innovative development, which is worthy of emulation. It is hoped that both parties will use this visit as an opportunity to establish a cooperative relationship, support each other, achieve win-win outcomes, and develop together.
