As the year turns, new chapters unfold. On the afternoon of January 16, Sanlian Traffic held its grand 2022 Annual Summary and Awards Conference. Present at the conference were Yu Wansheng, Chairman of Sanlian Group; Wang Jiangbo, Chairman of Sanlian Traffic; Pan Tao, Vice Chairman; Jin Qing, General Manager; and Luo Wenqi, Chairman of the Supervisory Board. The company’s management team, employees from Sanlian Taike Driving School, and all employees based in Hefei attended the conference.

The conference was hosted by Direction Yong, Vice General Manager of the company. It began with the resounding Sanlian song, followed by annual performance reports from the heads of the 12 departments. Jin Qing, the General Manager, delivered the company’s annual work report. He noted that in 2022, a new management team was formed, optimizing organizational structure and strengthening internal development while overcoming the impacts of the pandemic. The team worked diligently to ensure the completion of departmental upgrades, achieving numerous breakthroughs in production and operations. This success is attributed to the strong leadership of the group and the dedication of the management team, as well as the hard work and selfless contributions of all employees on the front lines. Looking ahead to 2023, he urged everyone to actively explore new opportunities and strive to be “special, refined, unique, and innovative,” continuing to forge new paths in the new year.

Next, Chairman Wang Jiangbo read the recognition document for outstanding achievements. Amid cheerful music, he presented banners and bonuses to the recognized advanced collectives and took commemorative photos. General Manager Jin Qing, Chairman Luo Wenqi, and other leaders presented certificates and bonuses to outstanding individuals, also taking group photos. Wang Yuan, Director of the Jinji Office, and Zhang Yue, Software Engineer from the Development Department, spoke on behalf of the advanced collectives and individuals.

Subsequently, Yu Wansheng, Chairman of Sanlian Group, delivered an important speech. This year, the leadership team formulated effective strategic directions in response to industry characteristics.
