On July 12, the “Technology Empowering Fine Management of Road Traffic Safety and the Practice and Exploration of Delegating Power, Streamlining Administration, and Improving Services Seminar,” organized by the China Communications and Transportation of Association, was held in Putian City, Fujian Province. The event was attended by Chen Wenrong, Deputy Mayor of Putian City, and Chief of Police; Yuan Lei, Secretary-General of the China Road Traffic Safety Association; and Wang Xiaodong, Deputy Chief of the Traffic Police Corps of the Fujian Provincial Public Security Department, who delivered opening remarks.

Chairman Wang Jiangbo represented the company and delivered a keynote speech titled “Practices and Explorations in Upgrading Vehicle Management Services through Technology.” He shared Sanlian’s efforts surrounding the Ministry of Public Security’s traffic management reforms, focusing on the vehicle management sector and incorporating new technologies such as point cloud imaging, big data analysis, and image video algorithms to strengthen supervision and extend service delegations.

The seminar primarily focused on the core traffic management goal of “reducing volume and controlling scale,” combining both online and offline formats, and included on-site research and expert discussions. Renowned experts, including Qiu Hongtong, Director of the Traffic Control Technology Research Department at the Ministry of Public Security’s Road Traffic Safety Research Center, Professor Wang Xuesong from Tongji University, and Zhu Jian’an, head of the Traffic Safety Promotion and Education Research Department at the Ministry of Public Security, delivered speeches on intelligent transportation, traffic governance, and traffic safety, enhancing the exchange of experiences in national traffic management technology and information construction, and contributing to the improvement of fine traffic management and the “reducing volume and controlling scale” work level.
