On March 31, an acceptance expert group consisting of leaders from the Traffic Management Team of the Hunan Provincial Public Security Department, the Changsha Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Brigade, and the Changsha County Public Security Bureau Traffic Police Team conducted a detailed inspection of the motorcycle examination equipment and site at the Changsha County motorcycle intersection examination site constructed by Sanlian Traffic. The project successfully passed acceptance, marking the imminent official operation of Hunan Province’s first fully intelligent motorcycle examination site and launching the intelligent assessment of motorcycle examinations in the province.

The motorcycle intersection examination site covers an area of 2,750 square meters, with a building area of 274 square meters. The site accommodates three examination categories: ordinary three-wheeled motorcycle D license, ordinary two-wheeled motorcycle E license, and lightweight motorcycle F license, meeting the requirements for theoretical examinations (Subject 1) and practical examinations (Subjects 2 and 3) for motorcycles. The site features standardized examination projects and utilizes Sanlian Traffic’s next-generation SL2402 motorcycle examination intelligent assessment system, which employs AI and machine vision algorithms to provide comprehensive and precise evaluations of motorcycle examinations. The theoretical examination terminals for Subject 1 are all based on desktop cloud technology, eliminating the need for local storage, effectively addressing management challenges associated with theoretical examination PCs, and preventing various forms of cheating while enabling comprehensive management of examination terminals. The site, equipped with Sanlian’s intelligent motorcycle examination judging system, is expected to handle approximately 150 candidates daily, significantly improving examination efficiency. The project commenced construction on March 14, was completed by March 28, and passed acceptance on March 31, once again showcasing Sanlian Traffic’s high standards in examination site construction and rigorous fulfillment capabilities.

Sanlian Traffic’s motorcycle examination system features full model coverage, compatibility, and support for all examination subjects, employing an innovative “3+X” intelligent assessment model that emphasizes the evaluation of candidates’ safety awareness. The Subject 3 projects can be flexibly combined and adapted based on the actual conditions of the site. The integration of artificial intelligence and machine vision enables comprehensive and precise intelligent assessments for motorcycle examinations. The entire examination process is monitored via audio and video, with the site operating unattended, effectively enhancing the level of intelligence and regulatory efficiency.

In the future, Sanlian Traffic will continue to leverage its research and development advantages, continuously improve its examination site construction capabilities and service levels, and support the implementation of intelligent motorcycle assessment systems across various regions, thereby facilitating the timely execution of reform measures by the Traffic Management Bureau of the Ministry of Public Security.
