Anhui Sanlian Applied Traffic Technology Co., Ltd. is the flagship enterprise of Anhui Sanlian Group, which was established in December 2005 and is located in the Demonstration Zone of the National High-Tech Industrial Development Zone in Hefei, Anhui Province. The company specializes in the research, development, production, sales, and installation of driver examination system engineering equipment and intelligent transportation technology products. By leveraging core technologies such as mobile internet, cloud computing, big data, BeiDou positioning, the Internet of Things, 3D simulation, VR, and AR, Sanlian has developed four major product systems: comprehensive intelligent driving tests, smart driving training solutions, vehicle and driver management services, and intelligent transportation systems. The company currently employs over 500 staff members and has a registered capital of 43.08 million yuan.

National Center of Engineering and Technology for Vehicle Driving Safety
In June 2011, the National Center of Engineering and Technology for Vehicle Driving Safety was established with the approval of the Ministry of Science and Technology, based on the foundation of Sanlian Traffic. The center focuses on researching and developing comprehensive identification, detection, and control technologies to address various accident hazards related to driver safety quality, driving status, and driving environments. Dr. Jin Huaiqing, an internationally renowned expert in accident prevention, serves as the center’s director.
Center Composition

Composition of the Center

The center consists of four research and development departments: the Safety Quality Testing Technology Department, the Safety Quality Training and Behavioral Correction Technology Department, the Driving Skills Assessment Technology Department, and the High-Risk Driving Environment Technology Department, as well as a test center and other departments. Additionally, it includes a pilot test center, providing 8,000 square meters of R&D and testing space. This space features a driver neurobiochemistry laboratory, a driver safety quality detection laboratory, a driving skill assessment technology laboratory, a driving behavior training and correction technology laboratory, as well as testing grounds for driving assessment technology and traffic video monitoring technology. The center is fully equipped for research, development, testing, and experimentation in road traffic accident prevention and control engineering.

Team Introduction

The center gathers a group of highly qualified professionals, primarily consisting of doctors, master’s degree holders, and returnees, dedicated to undertaking significant scientific tasks. It fosters concentrated scientific research efforts and establishes a high-level professional operation team with an international perspective. Currently, the team includes 30 technical personnel with bachelor’s degrees or higher, comprising 2 doctors, 10 master’s degree holders, and 2 overseas returnees. In addition, there are 96 research personnel and 13 management and operational staff. The team encompasses various specialties, including computer science and technology, electronic information engineering, and mechatronics, with a national-level R&D team of 25 members.
Smart City Division
The Smart City Division of Anhui Sanlian Applied Traffic Technology Co., Ltd. focuses on the intelligent transportation sector, providing users with comprehensive traffic management and smart city solutions based on cloud architecture and big data. Through advanced signal systems, software platforms, command centers, and AI empowerment, the division aims to build an urban traffic brain for digitalized intelligent traffic management. It also seeks to develop intelligent vehicle inspection, verification, and examination supervision systems to create a smart platform for vehicle and driver management.
Intelligent Transportation Division
The Intelligent Transportation Division of Sanlian Traffic is focused on smart driving training, utilizing technology to enhance the service offerings of driving training institutions and promote the healthy development of the driving training industry. By harnessing information technologies such as cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and big data, the division emphasizes enhancing the driver training process. It has created an online and offline service platform called “Have Me Guarding Your Drive,” which prioritizes high service quality and an excellent user experience. The online platform delivers one-stop solutions for the industry and driving schools, optimizing resources and standardizing school management. The offline products introduce innovative teaching models through digital management and intelligent training, assisting driving schools in standardizing teaching content, methods, and philosophies to enhance the personalized learning experiences of students.
