The Intelligent Review System for Off-Site Vehicle Violations is developed based on the "Technical Specifications for Image Evidence Collection of Road Traffic Safety Violations" (GA/T832-2014). By leveraging advanced technologies such as computer vision, deep learning, and image processing, the system enhances the AI-enabled review process for off-site vehicle violations, thereby improving the efficiency of manual reviews.
1.Utilize a dedicated video network platform to aggregate images of illegal vehicles captured by electric police, checkpoints, and PDAs.
2.Integrate with a dedicated network video/image aggregation platform for initial intelligent review of violations, marking the review results.
3.Write back data to the public security network for centralized processing.
4.Conduct a manual secondary review by authorized personnel.
5.Submit results for public disclosure and penalties.
